Food and meals

As always, all attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their own food and meals during conference weekend, except where otherwise specifically noted. Attendees who register and declare any dietary needs by September 25 will be guaranteed a meal at the Saturday lunch and learn session.

Questions? Need help checking in or registering on-site? Something else we can do? Stop by our information desk on Friday from 2:00 - 10:00 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

HIV testing

Know your status—get tested at MBLGTACC on Saturday.

Quiet space

Visit our quiet space. Ear plugs will be available in the quiet space during those hours, and at the conference info desk while supplies last.

Restrooms

Gender inclusive restrooms will be available in the conference space.

WiFi

Free guest WiFi for light use like reading emails and web browsing is available in all public spaces including all meeting rooms.
