Tickets to attend MBLGTACC 2024 in person are $100 each. You'll have access to all programming taking place at Northern Michigan University. Register by September 25 to guarantee your accessibility accommodation(s), program booklet, swag, and dietary needs. Your ticket helps cover the cost of renting the conference center, technology needs, speakers and entertainers, and other administrative expenses:
$45 goes toward space rental, audio visual equipment, etc.
$20 goes toward programming (speakers, entertainment, etc.)
$17 goes toward program guide printing, swag, and other marketing
$15 goes toward catering
$3 goes toward accessibility services
After September 25, tickets to attend MBLGTACC 2024 in person are $120 each. You'll have access to all programming at the conference; however, we are unable to guarantee your accessibility accommodation(s), program booklet, swag, and dietary needs due to deadlines for purchasing materials and contracting with third-party providers. If you are registering late and you need an accommodation or you have a dietary restriction, please contact us as soon as possible (in addition to adding this information to your ticket).
Tickets to attend MBLGTACC 2024 in person can be purchased on-site during the conference for $120.
Visit the registration web app and log in or create an account. Once you are logged in, select the type and number of tickets you want to reserve. You can reserve a single ticket for yourself or several tickets for a group.
Once you select how many tickets you want to reserve, you'll have the option to assign a name and email address to each ticket. This allows each ticket holder to access the information on their ticket and update their name, pronouns, and other information. You do not need to assign names to tickets at the time of reservation; if a ticket is unassigned, you will receive periodic email reminders to assign tickets to an attendee.
Reservations are valid for 45 days (or until October 25). If your tickets are still unpaid after 45 days, you'll receive an email with an option to extend or cancel your reservation. Reservations that are not paid after 45 days and have not been extended will be automatically deleted.
You can pay for your order with any major credit card. Simply click the "Pay with Card" button. Once the payment is successful, you'll receive a receipt and confirmation that your order is paid.
If you have any issues with your credit card payment, please contact us and we'll do our best to troubleshoot.
Once you reserve tickets, you'll have the option to download an invoice and pay by check. Checks should be made payable to "Midwest Institute for Sexuality and Gender Diversity" and mailed to P.O. BOX 1053, East Lansing, MI 48826-1053. As soon as we receive your check, your order will be marked as paid.
