This week, we sent out workshop decisions to all prospective presenters for the 30th annual MBLGTACC, Queer Activism of the Future. We received a sizable number of submissions and had to make tough decisions based on space and alignment with our conference goals this year. We're so grateful for everyone's interest in presenting at the conference and are thrilled with the slate of programming that is coming together. We look forward to sharing a full listing of workshops publicly later this summer.
Aspiring presenters: View the decision on your workshop by checking your email (look in your spam/junk, if needed!) or logging into your MBLGTACC/Institute account and then navigating to the workshops tab on your dashboard.
Next steps for accepted workshops
Presenters—congratulations on your workshop's acceptance at MBLGTACC this year. To secure your spot in the program, as well as your complimentary conference registration, please provide the following information by July 11:
Do you have any scheduling conflicts between 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Eastern on Saturday, October 22 or from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Eastern on Sunday, October 23?
Do you have any specific tech, equipment or space needs for your workshop?

Once you’ve confirmed your spot, our team will follow up about finalizing the title, presenters, and description of your workshop as well as asking for content warnings that will be included in the program guide next to your workshop description.
