All exhibit spaces come with one 8' table and two folding chairs. Exhibitors are responsible for supplying any desired table linens. The exhibit hall is in a prominent, high-traffic location. Exhibitors are responsible for the security and storage of their property.
The Maker Market invites conference attendees and vendors to buy, sell, and trade their creations and participate in makers-stations that may include design-your-own-swag tables, prize giveaways, arts and crafts, skill-share demos, and much more!

This space is intended for queer and trans creators to sell/trade or provide demonstrations on a skill, craft or art form. We also welcome vendors who represent or sell majority queer and trans content, such as independent booksellers, media outlets, clothing companies, etc.Unsure if you qualify? Contact us and we’ll chat about your options.We are obligated to remind those selling merchandise to obtain the appropriate seller's permit and licenses. Information about Ohio sales and general excise tax is available from the Ohio Taxpayer Service Center. More information about registering for a Vendor's License or Seller's Use Tax Account is available from the Ohio Department of Taxation.
The Midwest Institute for Sexuality and Gender Diversity is registered as a marketplace facilitator with the Ohio Department of Taxation (#99138154). With this license, we can collect and pay sales tax on your behalf. To get started, fill out the application form below and select "No, I need assistance with obtaining a permit" when asked if you have a seller's permit.
