Each year, the MBLGTACC planning team and the Institute negotiate the best possible hotel rate for attendees because we know that lodging and transportation are important factors in budgeting to attend any conference.
Columbus will be hosting a number of large events during conference weekend this year, and that means that rooms booked outside of our special discount block may continue to get more expensive as the conference nears. The official MBLGTACC hotel partner this year, the Hilton Columbus Downtown, is offering a group rate of $169/night, available through September 28, 2022. We strongly encourage attendees and/or advisors—whoever is organizing your travel and lodging—to lock in that rate with a reservation as soon as possible.
But we don't have our funding just yet!
No problem! Note that in most cases, you won’t be required to pay until check-in and you can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. Reserving by September 28 locks in your rate, meaning it won't increase between the time you reserve and when you arrive in Columbus.
What if we want to stay elsewhere?
You're welcome to choose where you stay. We recommend the Hilton Downtown Columbus because the rate will be lower than other hotels and short-term rentals and also because of its direct connection via skywalk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, where MBLGTACC will be held.
