As always, all attendees are responsible for arranging their own food and meals during conference weekend, except where otherwise specifically noted (for example: the advisor social will also feature a cash bar). There are a number of local restaurants near the Century II venue.
Know your status in 20 minutes! Positive Directions will provide free, on-site, rapid HIV testing available for conference attendees in the Hyatt Chisolm Trail Room on Saturday, February 16 from 8:00am - 6:00pm and Sunday, February 17 from 8:00am - 11:30am.
We will have mindfulness spaces available for those who need a moment to center themselves located in the Stimson and Red Bud Trail Rooms on the first floor of the Hyatt.
The registration and information desk is located near Grand Eagle Ballroom C in the Hyatt (facing the Grand Eagle Ballroom lobby) throughout the conference. Volunteers will be able to assist you with any conference questions you may have.
Gender inclusive restrooms are located at the east end of the Grand Eagle Ballroom lobby, and are marked at their entrances. Per our Code for Inclusion, bathroom policing is not allowed. Therefore, we encourage participants to choose any restroom space that adequately fits their needs without regard to gender assigned spaces. Please note that buildings not being used for MBLGTACC may not have inclusive facilities. A conference site map will be placed in the print and digital programs.
Smoking and the use of other tobacco products or smoking instruments are prohibited indoors, at all times.
The Consortium of Higher Education LGBT Resource Professionals will host an advisor social on Friday, February 15 at 7:00 pm at Harvest Kitchen. Come, mingle, and relax with colleagues from across the Midwest! Cash bar is available.
Complimentary WiFi will be available at the conference site, downstairs near the Grand Eagle Ballroom. Improved service in additional locations is available to individuals for a fee paid directly to the venue.
Find local business that offer free WiFi at Wichita on the Cheap, and be sure to check with your hotel about whether they offer complementary or paid WiFi for guests.
