As always, all attendees are responsible for arranging their own food and meals during conference weekend, except where otherwise specifically noted (for example: the advisor social typically features light beverages and hors d'oeuvres). There are a number of local restaurants near the Century II venue, and we're working with local food trucks to setup additional stands on the Century II property. More information will be available in January.
There will be on-site HIV testing available for conference attendees. More information about times and locations will be announced in January.
Throughout the entire conference, space will be reserved for those seeking a quiet breather or silent prayer.
The registration desk will be located inside the Century II Performing Arts & Convention Center (room TBA) throughout the conference. Volunteers will be able to assist you with any conference questions you may have.
Gender-neutral restrooms are available at the conference site and marked at their entrances. Information about restroom locations will be made available as the conference nears, and a conference site map will be placed in the print and digital programs.
